How to order a product

  1. 1. Once you have chosen your items, please put them in the cart and click "order."
  2. 2. Product purchase will proceed. Please check the product name,quantity and size.
  3. 3. Enter your contact details and shipping address.
  4. 4. Select the payment method.
  5. 5. Double check the payment total before you submit.
  6. 6. If you are paying via Credit Card, enter your billing information in the payment window and submit to complete the payment.
  7. ※ Note : Product color and texture, may look slightly different than they appear on the photo and electronic display.

[ Delivery Date ]

  • Normally, orders will arrive within 7~10 business days. Varying circumstances, such as product availability, the country being shipped to, inventory clearance, and etc., may affect the timing.
  • You can track the progress of your order via My Page>Order Details on the website.

[ Attention ] (The below circumstances may cause a day or two delay in the shipment of your order. We thank you for your understanding.)

  • Orders placed outside normal business hours.
  • Orders placed on national holidays, such as New Year’s Day, etc.
  • Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions, and etc.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays will be shipped the next business day.

  • We carefully check the quality of our products before we send them. If you receive a defective product, we will exchange the item.
  • Please contact us directly at to exchange your item.

[ For Cancellation ]

  • You may cancel your order within twelve hours of placing it by contacting us directly. You can also cancel orders on your account page.
  • If we have already shipped the product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

[ For return and replacement ]

  • We will accept returns as long as there is a marked defect in the product. We accept limited exchange for different sizes (pending stock availability).

※ We do not allow exchanges or returns from sales and special events.

[ How to return ]

  • Please contact us within 7 days.
  • Please note that refund will be deposited directly by Builford.
  • The customer is responsible for handling the return and exchange if necessary.

※ There is a small return fee, which will be charged after we confirm your return request.

[ Conditions for Returned Items ]

  • We do not accept returns for non-defective and correctly-shipped items, items missing the tag, label and price, or scratched or damaged by the customer. All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received.
  • Products must be returned in the original box or packing

  • Products sold in sets may only be refunded in part.
